Kalau ingin asin, beri garam agak banyak.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan 1 kunir<\/li>\n<li>Rebus ayam dengan semua bumbu itu sampai air rebusannya habis<\/li>\n<li>Tiriskan ayam<\/li>\n<li>Goreng<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Catatan :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ayam direbus supaya benar-benar matang dan tidak ada darah lagi di dagingnya. Ketika akan digoreng, balurkan ayam pada separuh tepung bumbu lain yang tidak diberi air.
