PR pertemuan ini adalah membuat 5 kalimat menggunakan color idioms. Ini dia PR saya :

1. When he heard the news that he got fired from his job, he was blue in the face. –> Blue in the face : really angry.
2. My friend thinks that being blue blooded yet the one and only child in the family makes him hard to find a woman to marry, since some women think that this situation was too intimidative. –> Guru saya ngakak baca kalimat ini 😀 Oya, blue blooded artinya ningrat atau berdarah biru.
3. The sad song that he sang has caused me get the blues. –> Get the blues : to become sad or depressed.
4. He is in my black books because he didn’t return the money that he borrowed from me since two years ago. –> in (someone’s) black books : to be in disgrace or in disfavor with someone.
5. Talking good things about **** in front of my uncle is like waving a red flag in front of a bull. He thinks that all good things about Jokowi were just image setting or “pencitraan” that blown up by the media. –> like waving a red flag in front of a bull : what you are doing will definitely make someone angry or upset.
